Cardinals Sweep Twinbill Friday From Rutgers 3-1 and 4-3
LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Justin Marks worked eight strong innings for the win in game one, Zack Pitts tossed seven plus in a game two victory and B.J. Rosenberg worked the ninth in both games, earning a pair of saves, to seal the University of Louisville's doubleheader sweep of Rutgers Friday at Jim Patterson Stadium, 3-1 in the opener and 4-3 in the nightcap. Men's Golf Tied For Eighth at NCAA Regional
The University of Louisville men's golf team responded with a 293 to place in a tie for eighth at in the second round of the 2008 NCAA Central Regional. Wake Forest is in first place at 9-over par, while Alabama is in second place at 19-over par at the regional hosted by Ohio State University at its Scarlet Course in Columbus, Ohio. The Cardinals are 17 shots off the pace and are currently tied with Florida. READ MORE
