The Big East Conference announced the All-Conference teams for swimming and diving for the 2007-08 swimming season. To be named to the team, a swimmer or diver must finish in the top three in the finals of their respective events. For the men, Louisville had the most All-Conference performances with 16. They were followed by Notre Dame with 15, West Virginia with 11, Pitt with 9, Cincinnati with 7 and Syracuse and Connecticut with one each. For the women, Notre Dame led the pack with 23 total individual or relay performances named to the All-Conference team. They were followed by West Virginia with 11, Louisville with 9, Rutgers with 6, Connecticut with 5, Pitt with 3, Syracuse with 2 and Villanova with 1.
